These are really nice for wimps and macho-men alike. They can be adjusted via the thumb screw to desired pressure, and are flat ended unless you take the rubber tips off, in which case you'll find some pretty interesting and intense little teeth. 2 clamps attached with a chain. Princess's pain scale rating of 2 to 5.
